Dear Board Members and Advisory Committee Members,

Happy Monday! It's hard to believe we are now just four weeks away from our Spring Benefit. We have a terrific, growing list of guests and as of this morning are expecting 164 attendees for June 9. This translates to $108,850 in ticket sales! Our goal is to have 200 guests in the room on June 9. I don't think we will have any trouble reaching that goal.

You all should have all received the email version of the invitation last week. Please forward the invitation widely to your friends and contacts. Please note that you can click anywhere on the image and it will bring you to the event page on our website. In forwarding the email version of the invitation we suggest changing the subject line and adding a personal note above the invitation image, because you are by far the best PSA ambassador for your personal contacts! If you would like help with any follow up, please know that I am here for you. Feel free to send a list of names and email addresses and/or phone numbers to me, and I'll be happy to reach out to your guests in a week to ten days.

You will receive the print version of the invitation by the end of this week. We will be happy to send you as many invitations as you like so you may distribute and personalize as you see fit. Gentle reminder: time is of the essence, we are less than a month away from our benefit.

Also on the website, you will find directions to the garden. We highly recommend talking public transportation to the garden, as we anticipate heavy traffic due to a Yankee home game. Buses will be provided at the end of the evening and will bring guests from the garden to mid-town Manhattan (exact location tbd). We do ask that you RSVP for a spot on the bus so we can accurately anticipate how many buses will be needed.

I'm sure you've noticed Frida Kahlo popping up just about everywhere lately (for example, here and here)! We hope to have great press coverage due to the popularity of the Garden's Frida Kahlo: Art, Garden, Life show and Jenny Holzer's projections. More on that to come. . .

What follows is the current listing of individuals who have already purchased tables and members of the Benefit Committee. Thank you in advance for your generosity and commitment to this event!

Please reach out to me if you have questions at all. I look forward to being in touch!

Warmly,
Maddy
