There's still time to purchase tickets to our spring gala at the majestic New York Botanical Garden. The glass sculptures of Dale Chihuly will be on display and are entrancing in the evening light in the conservatory and on the grounds.
Pulitzer Prize winner Tracy K. Smith—whose poem "The Good Life" was featured in our Poetry in Motion program—will be with us to pay tribute to our honoree, the beloved young adult author and Young People's Poet Laureate, Jacqueline Woodson.

And Gregory Long, President of the Garden, the subject of a full-page New York Times story about his upcoming departure from the Garden a year from now, will be on hand to greet guests with me.
The evening will be splendid and will give you an opportunity to support the PSA in its 107th year, the 25th anniversary year of Poetry in Motion, to be celebrated with an anthology in October, 2017.
Please buy tickets now for this certain-to-splendid evening of poetry, music, art, and flowers!
With all my best,
