Happy National Poetry Month! April is here, and the PSA is partying like it's 1910!

If there was ever a time to support the PSA, this is it. 2010 is our Centennial year, and we're still going strong.

During the month of April, we are offering a discounted membership on our website for $35 ($10 off the regular price)! Already a member? Why not make an additional donation through our website to keep the PSA rolling through another hundred years?

More than ever, the PSA is bringing poetry to people all around the country through our events, our redesigned website, and our Facebook and Twitter pages (for which we even won a Shorty Award for excellence in social media!).

Celebrate National Poetry Month by coming out to our events this April.

• On April 20th, Ciaran Carson will be reading at Vanderbilt University in Nashville as part of our New Salon series.

• If you're in Austin, Texas, don't miss the PSA Spotlight Series on April 26th with H.L. Hix, Brigit Pegeen Kelly, and Dean Young at the University of Texas at Austin.

• For those in New York, make sure you make it to Heather McHugh's New Salon reading on April 28th at the NYU Writer's House.
